Poverty
The poverty rate in Greater Dallas is higher and growing faster than in almost any other city in the US. With so many resources, every person living in poverty should have access to the resources necessary to lift themselves out.
This track is for leaders from all sectors interested in working collaboratively to make sure everyone in Greater Dallas has access to the tools they need to live a safe, financially stable lifestyle.

Track Leader: Josh Conner
Josh ConnerJosh Conner is Vice President of Mission Advancement at H.I.S. BridgeBuilders, an urban missionary and poverty alleviation organization in Dallas, TX and is the Financial Stability Champion for Unite Greater Dallas, a collaborative effort to unite the whole church to impact the whole city. Josh is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary and the University of Houston.
Track Leader: Ken Goodgames
Ken GoodgamesKen Goodgames is the President and CEO of Transformance, Inc., formerly Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Dallas. Previously, he served in leadership roles for the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association, Microsoft, NuTec Sciences and Synavant. Mr. Goodgames is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University.

Yolanda PerezYolanda Perez is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Transformance, Inc., formerly Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Dallas. She previously served as the Senior Director of Engagement Center Operations at Accent Marketing and the Director of Customer Relations at the American Heart Association.
